This is the User Agreement (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") for VAMquest.com. By using and/or creating an account on VAMquest.com, you agree to comply with the following User Agreement. Please review this Agreement carefully. If, for any reason, you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please discontinue your use of this site immediately. This live real-time Internet Auction, governed by applicable state and local law, is conducted by VAMquest.com under the terms and conditions herein set forth. We want you to be happy with each item purchased through our company, and to that end we will attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase.
Returns
As set forth in these terms and conditions, we stand behind each coin sold. Most, if not all, the auction lots consisting of Morgan and Peace dollars are listed by VAM number. We guarantee that the VAM number is correct. In the unlikely event that we have made an error in attribution, we will refund the full purchase price of that item, provided that it is received at our mailing address within 30 days following the close of the auction. After 30 days, no lot may be returned for any reason.
Coins removed from the holder in which they were sold by VAMquest.com, or otherwise damaged in any way subsequent to the auction, are not returnable. Our auctions are not approval sales, but if you are unhappy with any purchase, we will, at our discretion, accept the item’s return and refund its purchase price. But contact us in writing first and get our approval before shipping. Late payment for lots purchased constitutes just cause to revoke all return privileges.
Guarantees
We also guarantee the authenticity of every coin offered for sale in each of our Internet auctions. However, in terms of coins returned, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item.
Most, if not all, coins in each auction will have been graded by one of these independent grading services, namely, PCGS, NGC, ANACS or in a few select cases, SEGS. VAMquest.com does not guarantee the grade of any coin in a third party holder, and any question as to the correctness of the grade as listed on the coin’s holder should be directed to the appropriate grading service. Further, because grading is subjective, we cannot guarantee a coin in one holder will "cross-over" at the same grade to any other grading service.
Certification in no way guarantees protection from the risks normally associated with the numismatic market, and liquidity of certified coins will vary according to general market conditions. For some lots, there may be no active market at a particular point in time.
VAMquest.com reserves the right to describe each "slabbed" coin as we, in our sole opinion, see fit. This includes the right to make comments about a particular auction lot that might be construed as "negative" or have a damaging effect on its perceived value. All coin descriptions are the copyrighted property of VAMquest.com.

As a successful bidder, you represent that you are solvent, responsible and a person 18 years or older. If a bidder owes VAMquest.com on any account, VAMquest.com reserves the right to refuse acceptance of further bidding in future auctions until such time as the account is paid in full. VAMquest.com will only accept bids from bidders with current U.S. addresses in one of the 48 contiguous states, and will only ship coins to destinations within the continental United States. VAMquest.com will not be responsible for incidental damages, consequential damages or other damages involving the auction or any item. Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the high bid on a particular lot, which will be deemed for all purposes to be the value of the lot.
The highest bidder acknowledged by VAMquest.com at the closing time of each auction will be designated the buyer of each lot. VAMquest.com reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any lot from any of our auctions. Bidders are responsible for their own errors, so bidders are encouraged to check their bids.
